We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. During our presale periods, the product images will be 3D renders or digital representations. Actual products may show slight variations in colour, texture, or finish compared to these visuals. We are committed to achieving the highest quality and design standards, and any differences will be minor and in line with our premium product philosophy. All orders are subject to availability.

3. Presale Policy
During our presale, all orders are collected in advance to determine final production quantities. If a specific product receives insufficient interest to justify production, Winters Golf reserves the right to cancel production of that item. In such cases, customers will be fully refunded for the cancelled item(s) or given the option to select an alternative product of equal value. We will communicate transparently and promptly with all affected customers.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept major payment methods including credit card, PayPal, and iDEAL. All payments are securely processed by certified providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the indicated timeframes. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
