Shipping Information

Standard Shipping
Once products are in stock, standard orders will be processed within 1 and 3 business days

Shipping timelines after dispatch:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

• Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €50 in The Netherlands, over €100 within the EU, and over €150 for rest of world shipping. 

• All shipments are trackable

Returns & Exchanges

In-Stock Items

• You can return unused products within 14 days after delivery.

• Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Important Notes

• Winters Golf is not responsible for customs delays or additional import duties outside the EU.

• If your item is defective, please contact us immediately via support@winters-golf.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
