Shipping Information


Presale Shipping Timeline
All items purchased during the first presale drop (7 May – 28 May 2025) are made to order. Production starts after the presale closes, with expected delivery in July/August 2025. We will keep you informed throughout the production and shipping process.


Standard Shipping
Once products are in stock, standard orders will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping timelines after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €150

  • Flat rate shipping fee below €150 (exact rates shown at checkout)

  • All shipments are trackable


Returns & Exchanges

Presale Orders
Because presale items are made specifically to order, returns or exchanges are not possible, except in case of defects or incorrect deliveries. We appreciate your understanding; it helps us prevent overproduction and waste.

 

If a product receives too few orders and we decide not to produce it, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to switch to another item.
 

In-Stock Items
For regular (non-presale) products:

  • You can return unused products within 14 days after delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Important Notes

  • Winters Golf is not responsible for customs delays or additional import duties outside the EU.

  • If your item is defective, please contact us immediately via support@winters-golf.com with your order number and clear photos.
